Thank you for your support in bringing this dream to life. By placing an order you agree to the below terms. While you are no do doubt an exceptional person, there will be no exceptions to these terms.

Craftsmanship and Warranties

Each piece created is handcrafted. While you will get the exact piece in the photograph, photographs do leave room for the occasional and slight variation. While every effort is made to accurately capture the piece in detail, you acknowledge and accept the possibility that the piece may vary a bit from the photograph. I trust you appreciate that this is inherent in handmade items and celebrate it as a part of the artistic process. Every piece is unique; no two items are exactly alike. These products are crafted by a human for humans.

Color Note: Ceramics can sometimes show variations in color due to the firing process and the type of clay used. Additionally, colors may appear different on your device compared to my warm, filtered photos. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this. If you have concerns about color, please contact me for an unfiltered photo prior to purchase.

Order Processing

Orders will be processed within 5-8 business days after I receive them, unless there is a noted break in service for vacation or restocking.

International Shipping

Currently, I do not offer international shipping. However, this policy may change in the future. To stay updated on any changes and receive the latest news, please subscribe to my mailing list.

Local Pick Up

You can choose local pickup for any item at no additional cost. Simply select 'Pick Up' during checkout, and I will email you the collection details. The pickup location is conveniently located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Delayed, Lost, Stolen Mail, and Products Damaged in Transit

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, its journey is out of my control. Tessa Richardson is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. However, I do offer signature confirmation and insurance as an options for an additional charge. Please contact me before or at the time of purchase and I will calculate the amount and send you a request for that additional payment. 

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not offer refunds and all sales are final. However, exchanges for store credit are possible within 5 days of receiving your item. The returned piece must be unused, undamaged, and clean. Buyers are responsible for the cost and safe delivery of the item they want to exchange via UPS or USPS, with full insurance and secure packaging. Store credit will be issued once I receive the item in its original condition. If the item is damaged during the return shipment, Tessa Richardson is not liable. It will be up to you handle your own insurance claim. One exchange per item only.

Sale items

All sales of items discounted from their original price are final. No refunds and no exchanges.
